Agile Training in Michigan, May 23-24, 2016

Scrum Training in Michigan (“The Agile Scrum Workshop”) is available as a 2-day workshop on May 23-24, 2016 for individuals who fill the role of Scrum Master, Product Owner, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Senior Developer. (If you are a State of Michigan Executive, Manager or customer, sign up for the 1-day workshop.) The 2-day workshop offers hands-on practical experience using Scrum through activities revolving around a set of user stories (requirements) that include content about Scrum, Scrum Roles, Scrum Elements, Scrum Artifacts, Scrum Teams, Story Time, Print Planning, Sprint Reviews (demos), Retrospectives, Agile Estimating, and more. The second day of the Workshop includes hands-on role play experience in Agile ceremonies and processes.
