This three-day CMMI Institute course provides attendees with a detailed overview of the Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI-DEV). This class will provide managers, systems engineers, software developers, project managers, and process professionals with an understanding of how to use the CMMI, a model that is the defacto standard and leading framework for organizational process improvement and service delivery.

Your instructor is Jeff Dalton, a Certified SCAMPI Lead Appraiser, Certified CMMI Instructor, author, and consultant with years of real-world experience with the CMMI in all types of organizations. One Day Scrum+CMMI Learning Experience! (Optional)
This 1-day hands-on optional workshop provides attendees with a detailed Scrum training experience and prepares you to sit for the Professional Scrum Master Certification exam from Scrum.org.
Using a series of games and hands on exercises you will learn about Scrum, Scrum elements, roles, and artiacts, and how to use valuable Agile tools such as Planning Poker, User Stories, Burn-down charts, backlogs, and more. Finally, you’ll lean how to use CMMI to improve your Scrum or agile implementation, and how to make CMMI work with Scrum.
