Broadsword has fantastic clients. That’s why we reach out to them twice a year for anonymous feedback. We want to understand how we are performing so we can increase the value of the services we provide, while helping our clients embrace Performance Innovation, Process Improvement, CMMI and agile as frameworks to help make them great. We designed the survey around our values because we want to know that we are living our values with our clients.
We are proud to share the results below.
Results
2018 was the sixth year that Broadsword administered the Client Satisfaction Survey. The 2018 results are bench-marked against results from 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017, with a target value of 4.5 or greater out of 5. Broadsword’s most recent Client Satisfaction scores were:
- 2018 Client Satisfaction Score: 4.70 / 5
- 2017 Client Satisfaction Score: 4.71 / 5
- 2016 Client Satisfaction Score: 4.77 / 5
- 2015 Client Satisfaction Score: 4.75 / 5
- 2014 Client Satisfaction Score: 4.60 / 5
- 2013 Client Satisfaction Score: 4.75 / 5
Survey results are reported internally to Broadsword team members regularly. Survey results are also used as input to employee performance reviews and Broadsword’s account retrospectives.
